Who we are ?

We are a newly forming non-profit environmental organization, dedicated to large-scale forest restoration, biodiversity conservation, and the generation of high-quality carbon credits.

Mission

To deliver scalable, community-led forest restoration projects that generate measurable climate

impact and sustainable socio-economic benefits.

Our Approach

- Collaborate with local community forest associations and relevant national coalitions to promote inclusive governance and equitable benefit-sharing.

- Implement projects following internationally recognized carbon standards with transparent and robust MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification) systems.

- Support biodiversity conservation, ecosystem restoration, and the development of resilient livelihoods.

- Align initiatives with global frameworks such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals and regional commitments on climate action and forest restoration.

Roadmap: From Idea to Impact

Phase 1 — Legal Foundation, Partnerships, and Pilot Setup (Q3 2025 – Q3 2026)

1. Legal Foundation (Q3 2025)

Register a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) in the relevant jurisdiction, ensuring full compliance with local laws and regulations.

Appoint a local board of directors and engage legal advisors specializing in NGO, environmental, and data protection laws applicable to the operating region.

Establish governance frameworks aligned with international standards of transparency and accountability, meeting the expectations of donors and investors.

2. Strategic Partnerships (Q3 – Q4 2025)

Initiate and formalize communication channels with relevant community forest associations, national forest authorities, and local government bodies.

Secure letters of intent or memorandums of understanding to demonstrate cooperation and alignment of shared objectives.

3. Feasibility & Site Assessment (Q4 2025)

Conduct field visits to selected regions with high potential for restoration activities.

Organize community consultations to ensure Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) and carry out comprehensive stakeholder mapping.

Assess land availability, environmental conditions, legal status, and identify any risks related to land use or tenure.

4. Land Access & Community Agreements (Q4 2025 – Q1 2026)

Secure access rights to pilot restoration sites (10–100 hectares) through formal agreements.

Draft and negotiate Community Benefit Agreements (CBAs) outlining roles, responsibilities, and revenue sharing.

Carry out preliminary social and environmental baseline surveys to establish monitoring reference points.

5. Pilot Design (Q1 2026)

Collaborate with communities and forestry experts to co-design a reforestation plan emphasizing native species and ecosystem restoration.

Develop early-stage carbon project documentation compatible with international standards such as Verra or Plan Vivo, setting the stage for future certification.

6. Pilot Launch (Q2 – Q3 2026)

Prepare the site and initiate the first planting season with active community involvement.

Recruit and train a local workforce, prioritizing youth and women to support inclusive economic benefits.

Begin basic monitoring using drones and satellite imagery to track restoration progress.

7. Monitoring & Verification Setup (Q3 – Q4 2026)

Implement community-led monitoring programs supported by technology.

Develop an open-source digital dashboard to provide real-time, transparent updates to stakeholders.

Collect and validate carbon baseline data essential for future certification.

Phase 2 — Validation, Expansion, and Pre-Certification (Q1 2027 – Q3 2027)

  • Engage third-party auditors and validators to align the project with AFOLU carbon accounting methodologies.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for pre-certification audits.
  • Review pilot lessons and begin negotiations for expansion to 500–1,000 hectares.
  • Establish seedling nurseries and vocational training pipelines to scale restoration efforts.

Phase 3 — Landscape-Level Restoration (2028 – 2029)

  • Expand restoration activities to 5,000–20,000 hectares across multiple counties.

  • Integrate biodiversity conservation and agroforestry for enhanced ecosystem services.

  • Mobilize blended finance including grants, impact investments, and donor support.

  • Maintain transparent community reinvestment and reporting mechanisms.

Phase 4 — National Scale-Up and Long-Term Governance (2029 – 2031 and beyond)

  • Multi-county project replication and long-term governance setup
  • Establish sustainable governance models ensuring long-term community co-ownership.
  • Continue generating verified carbon credits for global markets, supporting climate finance flows.
  • Deliver sustained socio-economic benefits and ecological resilience.
